Fieldpin ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Oblique LLC, Accra, Ghana. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Fieldpin website (fieldpin.app) and our field reporting software.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Waitlist / contact form: your email address when you request early access or pilot information.
- Demo bookings: your name, email, and any details you provide when scheduling a demo via Calendly.
- Pilot and product accounts: account credentials, team member details, and field data you submit through the app.
Information collected automatically:
- Analytics: we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. Plausible does not track you across sites, does not use cookies, and does not collect personal identifiers. Aggregated page-view data is stored in the EU.
- Device and location data (in-app only): the Fieldpin mobile app collects GPS coordinates and device information solely to enable field reporting features. This data belongs to your organisation and is never used for advertising.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries and set up pilot accounts.
- To send transactional emails about your account or pilot (no marketing without consent).
- To improve the product using aggregated, anonymised usage data.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
4. Data Retention
Waitlist emails are retained until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist closes. Pilot account data is retained for the duration of the pilot plus 90 days, after which it is deleted on request. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless. Calendly and Formspree may set functional cookies when their widgets are active — refer to their respective privacy policies for details.
7. Children's Privacy
Fieldpin is a professional B2B tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
